Vijay is now back in Chennai

 

After spending a one week holiday in Dubai, Vijay is now back in Chennai and has watched out the first copy of his forthcoming film Velayudham at Preview Theater.

The actor who was tired taking part in the long schedules of Velayudham and Nanban left to Dubai for a break. With the release date nearing by, the star is back from Dubai and is looking forward for Velayudham release [26th October]. As per the reports, the film has shaped well and he is all happy with the outcome. Velayudham is directed by M Raja and has Genelia and Hansika as the female leads.

Apart from this, Vijay is also said to be involved in the discussions of the script work of his next film to be directed by AR Murugadoss. We are yet to wait for the official announcement on the launch and further cast and crew details.

Vijay opens jewellery showroom

Vijay, who was taking a break in Dubai from his tight schedules is back to India. He has travelled to Bangalore for unveiling a new showroom of Jos Alukkas. The showrooom at Dickenson Road was inaugurated by Vijay today and Vijay has been the brand ambassador for Jos Alukkas for a year now.He will also launch his Diwali release Velayudham's trailer at the Poornima theatre for his Bangalore fans. It is worth mentioning that Vijay has huge fan base in Bangalore city.

Screens for Velayutham

Velayutham will be screened in 38 screens all over Chennai, reports a source in Kollywood. This Vijay starrer has created a lot of expectations and the report that it has got 38 screens in the city has the star's fans in a complete sense of satisfaction.

Velayutham's release date has been announced to be 26th October, which happens to be Diwali. The film is surely going to turn out to be a treat to all Vijay fans worldwide. In Velayutham, Genelia and Hansika share the screen space with the star. The film has been directed by Jayam Raja.

Velayudham appreciated by Censor members

Vijay's most awaited Velayudham, produced by Aascar Ravichandran and the film with the biggest budget ever for this actor has been cleared with a clean 'U' certification by the regional censor board.

The movie has two hot girls Hansika and Genelia sharing screen space with Vijay and is directed by Jayam Raja.

A high action masala flick, it has brother sister bonding as the core theme with Saranya Mohan essaying the role of Vijay's sister. Santhanam provides the comedy.

Speaking on this, Ravichandran said, 'The censor members were very appreciative of the film. Except for a few small cuts, they passed the film with a clean U certification'. Apparently, they praised the entire team for coming out with a mass entertainer that would go well with all types of audiences.

The songs by Vijay Antony are already a big hit.

வேலாயுதத்துக்கு ‘யு’ சான்றிதழ்!

விஜய் நடிக்கும் வேலாயுதம் படத்துக்கு, அனைவரும் பார்க்கக் கூடிய படம் என யு சான்றிதழ் அளித்துள்ளனர்.

விஜய் – ஜெனிலியா, ஹன்ஸிகா, சந்தானம், சரண்யா மோகன் நடிப்பில், ஜெயம் ராஜா இயக்கத்தில் உருவாகியுள்ள வேலாயுதம் படத்தை, ஆஸ்கர் ரவிச்சந்திரன் தயாரித்துள்ளார்.

இந்தப் படம் வரும் தீபாவளிக்கு பிரமாண்டமாக வெளியாகிறது. படத்தை தணிக்கைக் குழுவினருக்கு நேற்று திரையிட்டுக் காட்டினர். படத்தைப் பார்த்த பிறகு, நல்ல பொழுதுபோக்குப் படமாக இருப்பதாகக் கூறிய அதிகாரிகள், படத்தில் சண்டைக் காட்சிகளில் மட்டும் சில வெட்டுக்களைக் கொடுத்தனர். பின்னர் அனைவரும் பார்க்கக் கூடிய படம் என யு சான்று அளித்தனர்.

இந்தப் படம் திங்களன்றுதான் சென்சாருக்கு திரையிடுவதாக இருந்தது. ஆனால் உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தல் காரணமாக, நேற்றே திரையிடப்பட்டுவிட்டது.

தீபாவளிக்கு ஒரு நாள் முன்பாகவே வேலாயுதம் அரங்குகளுக்கு வருகிறது.
